When an association with six decades of history decides to celebrate, it's bound to be extraordinary. AIDDA (Italian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Executives) approached us to plan their 60th-anniversary gala dinner. We needed to find a venue that encapsulated Milan's essence, accommodated 100 guests comfortably, and provided a backdrop worthy of this momentous occasion.
Our Project
Our team selected a historic mansion in the trendy San Babila district. This majestic building was the perfect canvas for an evening of elegance and celebration. The event began with a tantalising cocktail reception that set the tone for the night ahead. As guests mingled, the air buzzed with anticipation for the main event: a sumptuous gala dinner befitting AIDDA's prestigious status. Throughout the evening, the association's president addressed the attendees and reinforced the significance of this milestone. Our role extended beyond merely overseeing the venue and catering; the team played a crucial part in seamlessly integrating client-provided suppliers. From curating an exquisite wine selection to arranging stunning floral compositions and coordinating a talented saxophonist, every detail was meticulously planned and executed.
Outcome
The results spoke volumes. Guests were effusive in their praise, approaching both the venue owner and AIDDA's president to express their delight. Many declared it one of the finest events in the association's history - a testament to the power of thoughtful planning and flawless execution. The evening was not just a celebration of AIDDA's past achievements but also a promise of future successes.
