Canadian Solar
Canadian Solar, a company famous for the production of solar panels, asked us to organize their last day of convention, with the mission of unify all the participants together and giving them a deep knowledge outside the work environment.
We chose a BBQ Team building activity on purpose for this wonderful weather, located in the Iseo Lake. This indeed is a breathtaking location for a chilling day.
We transformed a normal barbeque in a proper challenge with the aim of gaining the Master Grill title. In this way, they had the possibility to interact and challenge themselves in an original and amusing context.
Our chefs evaluated the teams for the food preparation and gave judgments about team spirit and creativity.
Thank to our activity and choice of location, Canadian Solar’s employees chilled out under the shadow of the trees, enjoyed the nature, played beach volley and ping-pong, and finally went on canoe and pedalò on the lake.
