CBRE, the global leader in real estate consulting, entrusted us with the task of organising their Suppliers Day event. This was not just another corporate gathering, but a chance to demonstrate the highest standards of event planning and execution.

Our Project

Every detail of the event was carefully selected by our team. The centrepiece of our event concept was the venue—a stunning post-industrial space that combined rustic charm with modern elegance.

The exposed red brick walls, iron beams, and unique shed-like ceiling coexisted beautifully with contemporary features like a see-through lift and custom-made fitted lighting. This atmospheric setting provided the ideal backdrop for the 300 distinguished guests.

We converted the space into a multifunctional hub, including a lively exhibition area for suppliers to present their products and services, along with a well-designed networking section. This allowed attendees to engage in productive conversations and build relationships essential for successful business partnerships.

The event's agenda was designed to engage and motivate. We organised compelling presentations, including a special guest appearance by an Olympic rowing champion, adding a touch of athletic excellence.

The day concluded with an awards ceremony, acknowledging outstanding suppliers across three categories—a well-deserved recognition of the industry's finest.

Outcome

Every aspect was meticulously planned. From delicious catering to professional photo and video services (including CBRE-branded Polaroids), each element was carried out with precision. As a final touch, we arranged for a beer tap to provide refreshing drinks, ensuring the event concluded on a friendly note.
