We were entrusted with the task of organising a major corporate event for Hitachi, a global electronics leader. The announcement of the merger with Italy's CBT required clear and precise communication to a diverse audience of employees, buyers, partners, customers and the press. It was our job to plan the perfect event to achieve that.

Our Project

We selected one of Rome's most prestigious venues, a historic building of great significance, which proved to be the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. The catering was a sophisticated cocktail buffet and guests could enjoy their drinks while strolling stroll through the enchanting private garden of a magnificent patrician palace. We managed every detail of the event, from the choice of an exceptional venue to the flawless technical service, from the tastefully arranged settings to the high-quality catering, and the selection of professional and welcoming stewarding staff, every element was expertly coordinated to ensure a top-tier experience.
