Client Request

We were entrusted with planning the two-day annual meeting that Decathlon Italia hosts for as many as 600 people at a time. Attendees include employees, branch managers and executives. We needed to find a suitable venue and organise the whole event.

Our Project

For this unique event, we hired a sports arena in Monza, since it was both spacious enough to accommodate the large number of participants and in tune with the core values of one of the best known sports brands in the world. We were also determined to make waves in terms of innovation and audience engagement.

The meticulously arranged themed booths captured the attendees' attention, sparking interesting discussions about the brand's identity and its future outlook. Oscar Di Montigny's contribution, a marketing expert, enriched the event with thought-provoking insights. We chose customised lunchboxes over traditional catering, to honour the dynamic nature of the event and the brand. The meals inside them, of course, were gourmet creations by a renowned catering service.

Outcome

Every aspect of the event, from the spacial layout to the selection of speakers, was carefully planned, creating a professional and engaging atmosphere, perfectly in line with Decathlon's brand values.
