Chill, Festive, Fun: the Perfect Corporate Christmas Party
Client Request
We were asked to plan and host Hyundai's Christmas party, to make sure all employees in Milan received the perfect sendoff before the holidays. Every detail of the event was carefully planned from the initial stage to the final implementation.
Our Project
For this event, we chose an unconventional space, creating a unique and engaging atmosphere.
We set up a charming welcome cocktail on the ground floor and a car exhibition on the first floor, showcasing the brand latest model, thus keeping the vibe both festive and professional. The evening continued with a lavish buffet and a speech by the Italian CEO, followed by Korean and international karaoke that had guests dancing and singing into the early hours.
The setup, which we curated meticulously, stood out for its elegant simplicity: white poufs, designer tables, orange mood lighting, and refined Christmas decorations created a sophisticated and welcoming environment. We also implemented an innovative selfie app, developed in collaboration with the client’s graphic department, which was a tremendous success among participants, making the event even more memorable and confirming the importance of leveraging new technologies to create unique experiences.
Outcome
The company's pre-Christmas do was a triumph of cheer and camaraderie. Attendees experienced moments of sheer carefreeness, strengthening relationships and friendships. The joyful atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop to round off the working year on a high note, allowing everyone to look forward to the upcoming festivities and recharge their batteries for the new year.
