Efficient Corporate Event Planning: How We Delivered a Successful Last-Minute Conference for Mitsubishi Chemical in Milan

We collaborated with Smart Eventi last April on the occasion of the EMEA Sales & Commercial Meeting, an event attended by approximately seventy colleagues of the Mitsubishi group from all over the world.
Smart Eventi has identified, in record time, an impeccable location in the center of Milan, coordinating with the staff of the structure both for the assignment of the rooms and for the catering service. We also had all the necessary support for the logistical and technical part, from setting up the room to the setup of the audio and video systems.
Thanks to Daniele and his precious collaborators, the event took place with extreme naturalness, so much that we received repeated compliments from Mitsubishi's Top Management.

When global leader Mitsubishi Chemical needed an urgent EMEA Sales & Commercial Meeting, they turned to us. This was a challenge: planning such a complex event for such an important client usually requires a much longer time and plenty of planning!
Our Project
With just days to plan a three-day event for 70 international employees in Milan, the challenge was set. The goal was to deliver a seamless experience aligning with Mitsubishi's KAITEKI philosophy of sustainable well-being. Our Proposal We quickly found the ideal Milan venue combining style, functionality, and sustainability. The iconic city centre location boasted cutting-edge facilities and stunning views. It met the corporate gathering's practical needs while adding Italian elegance befitting Milan's design capital status. Next came meticulous planning of the three-day itinerary, balancing productive meetings and relaxation. Local catering partners provided sustenance and a taste of Milan cuisine during breaks.
Outcome
The event was a success. Mitsubishi Chemical commended our swift response, attention to detail, and overall event quality. This showcases the importance of adaptability and expertise in corporate event planning, even under tight deadlines.
