Client Request

The Swiss Tourism Agemcy contracted us to organise an extraordinary summer event in 2019.

The main objective was to promote Switzerland's natural, historical and cultural wonders. The event, which was open to the general public, also featured exclusive initiatives aimed at guests from the publishing industry (RCS) and tour operators, with the intention of highlighting the unique attractions of the Swiss territory. We brought our experience and creativity to the table and devised an innovative format that would engage participants in a journey of discovery of Swiss beauty.

Our Project

The transformation of the venue was a masterpiece of sensory design. The walls were clad with lush greenery, while fir trees and real plants created a breathtaking woodland atmosphere. The addition of scent diffusers with Alpine plant essences completed the immersive experience, engaging all the senses.

The setup was meticulously curated, with themed corners celebrating the attractions of the Swiss territory. Highlights included a virtual reality red train, an area dedicated to the tasting of local cheeses and beers, and the SwitzerBall, a unique table football game featuring cows.

These and other interactive activities turned the event into an authentic journey through the wonders of Switzerland, offering the participants an unforgettable and engaging experience that transported them straight into the heart of the Alpine country, making them feel an integral part of an enchanted world.

Outcome

The event turned out to be an extraordinary success, with an average of 300-400 visitors a day and peaks of 1000 people on days with special events. The unique plant decorations transformed the venue into a must-see attraction, eliciting the admiration of all those present and contributing significantly to the overall and lasting success of the initiative. Thanks to careful planning and a judicious choice of locations, the event was a success, enabling Switzerland Tourism to achieve its tourism promotion goals.
