Swisscom, the Swiss telecommunications giant, went the extra mile to reward their top-performing salesforce with an extraordinary two-day incentive trip to Rome.
In collaboration with Swiss events agency Suebo AG, this unique Roman holiday celebrated those who excelled in mobile subscriptions sales, blending the city's rich history with the glamour and intrigue of James Bond. The connection between this trip and the movie was particularly meaningful: Swisscom had sponsored the production “007 - Spectre”, one of the movies in this world-famous franchise, which was mostly filmed in Rome.
Our Project
The trip was a carefully crafted experience, with every aspect meticulously planned. From selecting the perfect hotel to arranging transportation, choosing exquisite dining venues, and curating engaging team-building activities, the itinerary balanced cultural exploration, cinematic homage, and pure entertainment.
Day one featured an immersive walking tour of Rome, tracing the footsteps of James Bond through iconic "Spectre" filming locations while also taking in the city's renowned monuments. The evening brought an exclusive experience at one of Rome's hottest nightclubs, complete with a private VIP area and flowing champagne.
The second day upped the ante with a bespoke 007-themed treasure hunt through the heart of Rome. This team-building exercise had participants racing across the city, solving clues, completing challenges, and capturing photos and videos—all with a distinctly Bond flavour. The trip concluded with a lunch at a rooftop restaurant, offering breathtaking views of the Colosseum.
Outcome
The result was an elated group of employees and satisfied organisers.
