When Saint-Gobain approached us with a request to organise a team building event at an elegant farmhouse, we set out to concoct something special. The result? A spirited Cocktail Challenge that left participants “stirred, not shaken”, and brimming with newfound camaraderie.

Our Project

The event took place at a charming Italian farmhouse, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. As the sun began to set, the group of eager professionals gathered for a typical Italian aperitivo. The stage was set for an evening of mixing, mingling, and merry-making.

The Cocktail Challenge format proved to be an instant hit. Participants were divided into teams, armed with tools and ingredients, and set loose on their first task: recreating a cocktail crafted by an expert mixologist. The air buzzed with excitement as colleagues who usually collaborated on spreadsheets now found themselves working together to measure, pour, and garnish.
