The grand finale of the Canadian Solar convention was a successful international networking event. The organisation of the final day focused on making connections among solar-panel professionals from around the world. For this purpose, we were asked to organise a team-building event in a beautiful outdoor location.
Our Project
BBQs are relaxing, easy-access culinary experiences that we are all familiar with and that can be enjoy by all kinds of people. This is precisely why we offer a BBQ-themed team building activity. In this case, we took the client’s team to the charming banks of Lake Iseo to participate in a fun and unique challenge.
Participants competed for the title of “Grill Master”, strengthening team spirit in a unique setting. We set up a mini-market on the lake's edge, where teams engaged in realistic negotiations to purchase the best ingredients with which to prepare scrumptious grilled dishes. Their culinary creations were then judged by professional chefs, while the staff assessed team spirit and creativity.
After the hearty barbecue, employees of Canadian Solar enjoyed recreational activities at the beach resort, including beach volleyball, table tennis, and canoeing on the lake.
Outcome
The event turned out to be an extraordinary and unforgettable success. Thanks to the power of conviviality and collaboration, the experience created an atmosphere of enjoyable camaraderie and friendly competition that helped co-workers from different departments get to know one another. The result was a significant strengthening of interpersonal bonds among employees, thereby solidifying the company fabric in an effective, robust, and lasting way. The informal environment allowed participants to interact beyond their workokace, reinforcing a sense of belonging to the company.
