STMicroelectronics' Financial Control department's annual meeting was a masterclass in balancing work and play. Over three days, 20 professionals engaged in intensive sessions and memorable team-building activities, all seamlessly integrated by us.
Our Project
The first evening featured a lively 'pub quiz' dinner with arcade games, providing entertainment between courses and fostering friendly competition. This relaxed atmosphere set the stage for colleagues to connect beyond their usual roles.
On the second afternoon, participants were divided into four teams for a LEGO Technic container ship building challenge. This activity tested problem-solving skills and inter-team cooperation, with a trainer observing group dynamics and sharing insights with the company.
The final day's 'ghost hunt' utilised iPads for an interactive experience, with teams racing to solve clues and complete challenges. The hunt culminated in a post-dinner video montage showcasing the participants' creativity and adaptability. Conducted entirely in English, these activities provided an extra layer of professional development.
Outcome
