Innovative Corporate Team-Building Combines Philanthropy and Fun in Groundbreaking Event

The collaboration with Smart Eventi was exciting and adrenaline-pumping. There was an understanding even before starting by marking a fruitful path during all phases of the event.
All the collaborators, even the most skeptical, were involved by the creativity and dynamism of the team, and the location also made an impact, conveying a sense of tranquility and energy at the same time.
The “Charity building” team building activity was welcomed and implemented with great passion and dedication. The intent was to spend carefree hours together, building something socially useful and recreating an atmosphere of union between people.
The bizarre interview entertained us for which a special thanks goes to the direction of Corinna. The result was amazing and brilliant, arousing as many emotions as laughter.
Client Request
Wittestein Spa, a mechatronics technology firm, approached us to organise their company trip with a unique twist on team building. They wanted to engage their employees in a socially conscious activity that aligned with their company's values.
Our Project
We created a bespoke experience for them, combining leisure, teamwork, and social responsibility. The venue, located in the Lombard countryside, provided ample space for meetings, catering, and relaxation. All transfer services were managed to ensure smooth logistics and punctual transportation for participants. The core of this corporate adventure was our popular Charity Building activity. In partnership with specialists and the Niguarda Hospital's Child Neuropsychiatry Department, we designed a team-building exercise focused on constructing wheelchairs for children. A treasure hunt added an element of fun, with participants searching for wheelchair components. The experience culminated in teams personalising each wheelchair with decorations and uplifting messages.
Outcome
The event's success was evident in the enthusiastic feedback received. This innovative approach exceeded the client's expectations, combining playful moments with socially beneficial activities. A unique 'quirky interview' video, filmed over three days, captured the profound impact of this corporate journey with a conscience, bringing both laughter and tears when screened on the final day.
