NHE Travel, a Chinese travel powerhouse, approached us with a challenge, offering to partner us for an exciting project. The mission was to design an unforgettable Italian experience for the top executives of a prominent Canadian insurance firm. Our task was to find the perfect venue for an exclusive gala dinner that would leave 30 top executives utterly spellbound.

Our Project

Months before the grand affair, our Chinese partners jetted to Milan, eager to explore the city's most refined locales. Together, we embarked on a journey through Milan's prestigious addresses, finally settling on a magnificent residence - the epitome of Milanese elegance. With the stage set, we rolled up their sleeves and got to work. The vision was extraordinary: two colossal 6x3 metre panels adorned with painted portraits of the guests themselves. This audacious touch would serve as a striking backdrop to the evening's proceedings.

The centrepiece of the design was an imperial dining table, elegantly laid to accommodate the distinguished guests. We curated a menu of the highest calibre, each dish a culinary masterpiece. Floral arrangements were crafted with painstaking attention to detail, their beauty complementing the grandeur of the surroundings. Entertainment was paramount, and we knew only the finest would suffice. We devised a classical music programme that mirrored the sophistication of the chosen venue. A trio of piano, harp, and a soprano captivated the audience. In a delightful twist, the performers surprised our Chinese guests with songs in Mandarin - a thoughtful touch that did not go unappreciated.

Despite the complexities of such a high-profile event, the evening unfolded flawlessly, exceeding even the loftiest expectations.
