Client Request
FAS International, a leading vending machine manufacturer from Schio, Vicenza, tasked us with organising a corporate soirée in Milan during Venditalia - the 12th International Vending Distribution Exhibition. The mission was to craft an unforgettable evening for FAS International's clients, many of whom were exhibitors at the fair.
Our Project
The brief was clear: find a venue with character, history, and design flair, while providing ample space for dancing. Challenge accepted!
After careful consideration, we suggested a unique location that ticked all the boxes - a former bronze foundry in the heart of Milan. This repurposed industrial space, now a versatile events venue, offered the perfect blend of historical charm and modern functionality. Its spacious interior could accommodate a large gathering, while the expansive courtyard provided a delightful outdoor area ideal for a springtime event.
With the venue secured, we then focused on the finer details. A carefully selected caterer was brought on board to tantalise taste buds, while a talented DJ was enlisted to keep the dance floor buzzing. To elevate the ambiance, special lighting effects were introduced. A projector beamed FAS International's logo onto the venue's wall, creating a striking visual backdrop. Complementing this, lighting devices bathed the space in a warm red glow - a nod to the company's brand color.
Outcome
We delivered a memorable evening, matching the industrial chic style of the venue with corporate values, for a perfect celebration. The unique venue choice contributed to the event's success, creating an atmosphere both impressive and inviting.
