When our long-time client IAD approached us with a vision of an American late-night show-inspired convention, we knew we were in for an exciting challenge. We were asked to create an event that captured the essence of late-night entertainment while emphasising the importance of teamwork. With the mantra "Together we can" at its core, the client sought a series of surprising moments to keep attendees engaged throughout.
Our Project
Our Guru Marketing unit rose to the occasion, transforming the event into a captivating experience that seamlessly blended the charm of American late-night shows with interactive elements and special effects. From bespoke corporate graphics to the development of an overarching event concept, no stone was left unturned in our quest to deliver an unforgettable evening. As guests arrived, they were immediately transported into the world of late-night television. A themed corridor, decorated with carefully curated props, led the way to the meticulously designed conference hall. Inside, attendees were treated to a spectacular presentation: custom slides and videos, live entertainment, and even an segment hosted by a renowned Italian TV host. The evening culminated in a high-energy DJ set, complete with robotic LED lights and juggling performers. For those seeking a moment of respite, a specially crafted green area offered games and atmospheric lighting. We even paid attention to the smallest details, providing branded aprons for waitstaff and customised goodie bags for guests.
