Geberit, a European leader in the plumbing industry, relied on us for a crucial team-building event at its Gaeta plant, one of two in Italy out of a total of 30 worldwide. The company stressed the strategic importance of this location for the entire group.
We enthusiastically accepted the challenge of organising an event that would highlight the key role of the Italian plant. We worked closely with Geberit to fully understand their needs and the objectives of the event.
Our Project
Our “Drum Circle” activity turned out to be a winning choice for thus corporate event, transforming a simple training meeting into an unforgettable team-building experience.
The infectious energy of drums and maracas engaged all 300 participants, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and fun that fostered group cohesion. But it wasn't just about pure entertainment: the activity provided valuable practical lessons on effectively managing a large team.
