Stunning Event Space in the Lotto District

Directly across from the Lotto underground station in the City Life innovation district, this historic Milanese building launched its version 2.0 in June 2023 after a complete renovation led by Renzo Piano and his team. The stunning complex is now ready to host a wide variety of events.

The main doors and reception area lead to a grand staircase, which ascends to a spacious foyer. This area is perfect for accreditation services, a cloakroom, and catering needs. Three smaller rooms nearby provide spaces for more private meetings, while a beautiful courtyard allows for outdoor events during the spring and summer months. The foyer also grants direct access to the auditorium, the heart of the building.

The auditorium preserves Renzo Piano's original design, with a wooden stage and comfortable green seating. It includes 244 fixed seats and adaptable galleries that can be arranged as needed. The stage is equipped with a multimedia console for speakers, a projector, and a control and translation booth. This venue is ideal for prestigious corporate events, such as business conventions and high-level conferences, as well as exclusive corporate cocktail parties and press events to launch products. The designer interiors also make it perfect for elegant fashion shows or impressive photo shoots.
